Sunscreen

Process

  1. Heat phase A to 85 - 90°C

  2. dissolve it until it turns clear and 

    transparent, and stir it well.

Formula

Hand Cream

Process

  1. Heat phase A to 85°C and stir for 15 minutes.

  2. Heat phase B to 85°C, dissolve it evenly, and then add it to the main pot. Homogenize for 5 minutes.

  3. Lower the temperature to 50°C,  introduce phase C into the main vessel, and then stir for 10 minutes.

  4. Lower the temperature to 45°C, introduce phase D into the main vessel, then stir it for 10 minutes.

  1. Heat phase A and phase B separately 

    to 80 - 85°C.

  2. Add phase B to phase A, emulsify and 

    homogenize for 10 minutes until it becomes evenly distributed.

  3. Stir and cool down to 40 -45°C, then add 

    the phase C ingredients in sequence and stir evenly. 

Lipstick

  1. Phase A is mixed well at 70°C

  2. Phase B is mixed well

  3. Add phase B to phase A, homogenize for 8 minutes at 70℃

Process

  1. Heat phase A to 85°C and stir for 5 minutes.

  2. Heat phase B to 85°C until it is evenly 

    dissolved, then transfer it  to the main pot and homogenize for 5  minutes.

  3. Lower the temperature to  45°C, 

    introduce phase C into the main pot, and thenstir for 15 minutes.
