Shea Butter Fundamentals

Shea butter is a rich, creamy fat extracted from the nuts of the African shea tree. Known for its deep moisturizing and healing properties, it's packed with vitamins A and E, fatty acids, and antioxidants. Whether raw or refined, shea butter is a skincare staple—soothing dryness, calming irritation, and supporting skin barrier health naturally. It’s a true multitasker for face, body, and even hair.

Active Ingredients

Shea butter helps maintain the skin's protective sebum layer and slightly acidic pH. It's rich in active triterpenoids like α/β-amyrin and lupeol, which provide strong anti-inflammatory and anti-aging benefits by inhibiting inflammatory pathways and supporting cell regeneration. It also contains natural long-chain isoprenes with UV protection and antioxidant properties, and vitamins A, B, and E, which enhance skin care, stability, and defense against aging.
